Dear parents,

Today we had the first  Assembly of the school year, hosted by Fifth and Sixth class. The children  in Mr Barry and Ms Gibbons' classes sang, made presentations on local history and Hedge Schools and recited poems in English and as Gaeilge. The  school rules were revised :  Be Nice to everyone and  No Rough Play.

Children in Fifth and Sixth classes are looking forward to a ten week IT module with Whizzkids, a company providing an IT skills programme for primary school pupils. The programme will commence tomorrow and will run for ten weeks.
