1st & 2nd classes: 35 children from Ballybrown NS went on a trip to Limerick. There were 20 boys. How many girls were there?

Of the 20 boys, 5 had blue eyes. How many did not have blue eyes?

 

3rd & 4th classes: How many 2 digit numbers can be made using the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4, using each digit only once?

 

The sum of 2 consecutive odd numbers is 20. Their difference is 2. What are the numbers?

 

5th & 6th classes: Kevin's mother is 4 times as old as Kevin is now. In four years time, Kevin will be one third of his mother's age. What age is Kevin now? What age is his mother?

 

What ages will Kevin and his mother be when Kevin is half his mother's age?
