Dear parents,
All families received Code of Conduct notes on Monday. Please read these with your children and sign the last page before returning the signed page to the school. Our motto in regard to good behaviour is summed up in four words: Be Kind To Everyone.
Last Monday, two members of the Defence Forces visited the school to present the school with a copy of the Proclamation and a National Flag. They spoke to the children about their work and explained the significance of the National Flag. This is the first event in a series of events as part of the 1916 Centenary.
Maths Week: This is Maths Week and classes are involved in a range of activities, including Maths trails, Maths Art, Target Boards, Numero, Problem of the Day etc. There are some excellent maths displays on the walls of the corridors.
